It’s that weird time of year when we’re still celebrating Halloween, but the holiday season has already started to appear in Disney World.
So far, we’ve seen LOADS of new holiday merchandise in Disney World, but we’ve also seen holiday decorations in both Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Now, EPCOT is getting in on the holiday decor action!
So we were just wandering around in World Showcase and found ourselves in the France Pavilion (mmmm…did someone say crêpes?) and looked up to see…a GIANT SNOWFLAKE.
There are a few giant snowflakes in the area, which can only mean one thing — Yep, the holidays have arrived in France!
So, technically, we can say it’s snowing in EPCOT now, right?
Last year, it seemed like we had to wait FOREVER to see holiday decorations in EPCOT, but this year, it looks like they’re getting an early start! So be sure to look up if you’re visiting the France Pavilion this weekend!

The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays arrives on November 25th, and if you’ve never been, you should make a note to check it out if you’re in Disney World for the holidays. There are LOADS of holiday decorations, SANTA meet-and-greets, storytellers, and a LOT of great food to get you in the holiday spirit.
Also, be sure to check out the Candlelight Processional, which brings celebrity narrators to EPCOT, along with a live chorus, to tell the story of Christmas. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney holiday news!
