Is there anything better than Halloween Time in Disneyland?
The decorations are up, we’ve been to the Oogie Boogie Bash, and we’ve even seen some special villainous characters. Now, though, we’re taking a walk through Downtown Disney to participate in a scavenger hunt — for a PRIZE!
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit has returned this year and we couldn’t wait to start playing! It only costs $9.99 to play and you start by purchasing a game board and stickers from select merchandise locations in Disneyland: Acorns Gifts & Goods (at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa), Disney Home, Fantasia (at the Disneyland Hotel), Pin Traders, The Dress Shop, Wonderground Gallery, and World of Disney.
The back of the game board will have all the pumpkins you’re looking for on it. When you find a pumpkin, you put the appropriate sticker on the game board.
The pumpkins can be hard to spot. Some are hidden in trees…
…while others will require you to look up!
Others are easier to find, though, but the key is to just keep looking EVERYWHERE.
Once you found all the pumpkins and have all the stickers on your game board, take it back to one of the above-listed locations to get a prize! This year’s prize is a super cute miniature Mickey pumpkin bucket!
So if you’re looking for a fun Halloween activity to do without buying a park ticket, this is a fun activity for the whole family!
Looking for more Halloween fun in Disneyland? Well, Oogie Boogie Bash is completely sold out, but you can still check out the Halloween decorations in Downtown Disney and the parks, as well as indulge in a lot of spooky snacks!
We’ll continue to cover all the Halloween fun in both Disneyland AND Disney World, so be sure to check back with us often throughout the Halloween season. Then, it will be TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS — and you can bet we’ll be covering that, too!
