The one and only Oogie Boogie — along with lots of his fellow Disney Villains — hosts the Oogie Boogie Bash as part of Halloween Time in Disneyland Resort! This extra-ticket event will return for 33 select nights from August 18th – October 31st, 2026.

Tickets for the Oogie Boogie Bash will go on sale for the general public beginning June 18th at no earlier than 9 AM PST. Magic Key holders have the opportunity to purchase from a select number of pre-sale tickets. Inspire Key holders can purchase tickets beginning June 16th; Inspire, Believe, Explore, Enchant and Imagine Key holders can purchase tickets one day early on June 17th. 

Guests are invited to wear costumes and experience Bash-exclusive entertainment along with access to the park’s attractions and MUCH more!

NEW IN 2026: “Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party” will bring familiar and iconic moments from the Haunted Mansion to the streets of California Adventure! The new street party will feature multiple show-stopping moments for Madame Leota to host her spirited séance and swinging wake filled with happy haunts, ghostly dancing, and ghoulish delight, inviting you to partake in a ghastly good time that beckons all 999 ghosts.

The Oogie Boogie Bash also features interactive Trick-or-Treat Trails where guests spot Disney Villains along the way, Disney character sightings (with some sporting their own Halloween costumes), and “not-too-spooky” decorations (including effects transforming Carthay Circle’s Bell Tower). Bash-exclusive entertainment also includes the Villains Grove maze filled with villainous scenes presented through lights, shadows, and sounds along the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.

Location and Time

The Oogie Boogie Bash takes place at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland Resort. The Bash officially begins at 6PM and ends at 11PM, but ticket holders may enter the park starting at 3PM.

Interactive Treat Trails

Throughout Disney California Adventure, there are Immersive Treat Trails to find Cast Members handing out Treat Bags and, more importantly, CANDY the party guests! And when we say these Treat Trails are immersive, we mean it…

Simply look for the Treat Trail entrance markers around the park. (The treat trails are also designated in the Bash Guide Map with a black cauldron and you can find them in the Disneyland app.)

Villains Grove can be found along the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in the Grizzly Peak area of Disney California Adventure Park.

During Oogie Boogie Bash, the forest is transformed with themed decorations, lights, and sounds to fit each villain’s story as you travel through the spooky woods!

Disney PhotoPass is included with an Oogie Boogie Bash ticket, so you can take all kinds of scary photos during the party, then download the images on the Disneyland app! There are some special spots where you can take pictures at the event, and exclusive MagicShots.

• Access to park attractions in a limited capacity environment. Guests can also visit California Adventure lands like Avengers Campus, Cars Land, and Pixar Pier. In Cars Land, the Cars put on a Halloween transformation with Halloween “Car-stumes,” ride overlays, and special Halloween treats.

Additional Information

• Oogie Boogie Bash starts at 6PM PT, but guests are able to enter Disney California Adventure Park 3 hours before the party starts.
• Park Pass Reservations are NOT required for Boo Bash ticket holders.
• Tickets for this event sell out VERY quickly, so interested guests will want to purchase their tickets as soon as possible.

Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party

The Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party is an optional add-on which offers a reserved viewing area for Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party and some delicious treats! The price in 2025 was $94 per guest. Stay tuned for 2026 booking information and inclusions!

When open, reservations for this experience are available on the Disneyland website and through the Disneyland app for dates 60 days out, and they’re highly recommended. Full payment is due at booking.

Keep in mind that this booking does NOT include your ticket to Oogie Boogie Bash — everyone who wishes to go to this dessert party will need to purchase an Oogie Boogie Bash ticket separately.

Oogie Boogie Bash VIP Tour

A VIP add-on is available to enhance your experience at the Oogie Boogie Bash for dates starting August 30th, 2026: the private, guided Oogie Boogie Bash VIP Tour offers priority access to Villains Grove Trail, Treat Trails, and more fan-favorite attractions, as well as access to a VIP Lounge Experience at Carthay Circle Restaurant which includes private viewing for Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party and more.
