runDisney Will Return to Disneyland For the First Time in YEARS

Are you a runner? Do you participate in runDisney events?

Have you ever been in any of the runDisney races in Disney World? Believe it or not, there USED to be runDisney events in Disneyland, too, but those paused back in 2017. However, Disney has announced that runDisney events will return to Disneyland!

Disney made the announcement today at the D23 Expo that runDisney races would return to Disneyland in 2024. That’s plenty of time to start training and getting ready for the first event!

Participants in runDisney events get a chance to run through Disney Parks and see them in a way they’ve never seen them before (usually VERY early in the morning). There are usually special events during the day, too — and guests and characters come out to cheer on runners. There are also MEDALS!
