A bunch of nighttime entertainment is coming back to Disneyland Resort!

After an extended hiatus after the park’s closure in 2020, several nighttime shows are returning to Disneyland. Fantasmic!, Disneyland Forever, World of Color, and Main Street Electrical Parade are all coming back! Main Street Electrical Parade was set to return this Friday, April 22nd (with a brand new finale!), BUT the parade has returned EARLY!

The Main Street Electrical Parade is back in Disneyland! Disney announced to the crowd in the park tonight that a SURPRISE performance of the parade would be happening!

And, we’re in the park to check it out! So let’s go see Main Street Electrical Parade (We’re SO EXCITED)! People lined up along Main Street, U.S.A. once the announcement was made.

The crowds were READY to see the parade again!

Before we knew it, the parade began!

Once that song hits, you just know it’s about to be a good time! 🎉

It kicked off with the Main Street Electrical Parade Train, of course!

It has a big 50 on it now because this is the 50th anniversary of the parade in Disneyland!

Then came that amazing turtle float that inspired the sipper cup we saw earlier tonight!

After that, we saw the snail…

…and the bee!

Then, came Alice and friends!

Of course, we saw the awesome caterpillar!

There are a TON of floats and characters in this parade, like Cinderella in her carriage…

…and Peter Pan and Captain Hook!

Of course, Smee wasn’t far behind!

And, then we saw Tinker Bell!

The Seven Dwarfs were also there, with Dopey driving the mine train!

And the others were on a float!

Then, we saw Pete’s Dragon, Elliot, who matches that new popcorn bucket!

After that, it was time for the brand new FINALE!

The parade featured NEW Mary Blair inspired floats to honor her legacy and the 50th Anniversary of the the Main Street Electrical Parade.

The final it’s a small world themed floats featured many recognizable characters like Raya, Moana, and Aladdin! 👏

These floats and the parade celebrate the idea of togetherness, and feature tons of popular Disney and Pixar Characters, like Moana, Pocahontas, Anna and Elsa, and more!

This float is seriously HUGE!

The parade then ended with a small world float!
