If you’ve ever been to a Disney After Hours event, you know that they usually involve shorter wait times and extra special perks in a Disney Park. But what if you could celebrate at an after hours party…in a waterpark?!

Typhoon Lagoon is open again!

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon reopened not long ago and Disney recently announced the return of H2O Glow After Hours, which has been unavailable since 2020. Today we learned the official dates of the event AND when tickets go on sale, so grab your calendar and get ready to go night swimming!

Typhoon Lagoon is one of two Disney World waterparks, and it’s home to the Crush N’ Gusher water coaster, America’s largest wave pool, body slides, water playgrounds, a lazy river, tons of treats (like Dole Whip!), and lots more. While Blizzard Beach is closed for refurbishment, you can visit Typhoon Lagoon for all your Disney water fun!

Disney announced today that H2O Glow After Hours will take place at Typhoon Lagoon from 8PM to 11PM every Saturday night (three whole hours after closing time!) from May 28th to August 27th. The event will include special decor, DJ dance parties, exclusive menu items, glowing wristbands, snacks, and more!

Guests staying at Disney World hotels will be able to purchase tickets beginning on March 29th, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on April 1st. Disney advises guests to buy tickets as soon as they’re able because space is limited! Tickets will be available for purchase on Disney’s website, and ticketholders will be able to enter Typhoon Lagoon as early as 6PM on party dates.
