Raya Is Now Meeting at Disneyland Resort — Get ALL the Details Here!

So much of the fun in visiting Disney Parks is getting a chance to see the characters come to life through meet and greets.

Although meet and greets have changed a bit over the last few years, they are back at the parks! When it comes to characters, though, Disneyland Resort has A TON you’ll only ever get to meet there! This includes one NEW character from last year’s Raya and the Last Dragon who is about to make her big debut.

As part of Disney California Adventure’s Lunar New Year Celebration, — which starts TODAY — guests will get to meet Raya! You’ll find her “under a forest canopy deep in the heart of Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.” There, she’ll be “greeting new friends and visiting from the newly-reunited lands of Kumandra.”

After you’ve had a chat with Raya, you might have worked up an appetite, so be sure to stop by the Lunar New Year Festival marketplaces to load up on some delicious food! You can also visit the Lucky Wishes Wall to share your hopes for the new year, as well as enjoy complimentary arts and crafts. Of course, there will be LOADS of Lunar New Year merchandise available, too.

There will also be plenty of fun activities available at Downtown Disney, so be sure to head to Disneyland Resort to celebrate through February 13th. Happy Lunar New Year, everyone!
