The holiday season has officially arrived in EPCOT’s World Showcase!
Since Halloween ended a few weeks ago, we’ve been keeping an eye out for holiday decor as it begins to pop up around Disney World. We’ve already seen tons of festive decorations make their debut, from Christmas trees to pineapples (yup, that’s a thing!). And now, EPCOT’s World Showcase is getting into the spirit as well!
We took a stroll around the World Showcase today to see which pavilions are getting into the holiday spirit. In France, wreaths and giant snowflakes have started to pop up both in outdoor areas and inside some of the shops and quick service restaurants like Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie.
We could tell the Italy Pavilion was really getting into the holiday spirit as soon as we walked by!
There’s plenty of gorgeous Christmas decor inside of the shops in the Italy Pavilion.
As with the other elements of the World Showcase, the holiday decor is often themed specifically to the location it’s in. Can you spot the little wine bottles and grapes in the garland??
In Italy, we also saw this Christmas tree decorated with Venetian masks, one of the unique souvenirs you can find in the pavilion!
The Germany Pavilion is getting decked out as well…
… including our beloved Karamell-Küche!
The Norway Pavilion has also started to receive its decor, which we’re sure the troll inside the Fjording appreciates!
Not all of the pavilions have been decorated yet, so we’ll continue to keep an eye out for more holiday cheer around the World Showcase! Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for all of the latest festivities around the parks and resorts!
