REVIEW: The Disney World Treat That Didn’t Get the Christmas Memo

Although Halloween has come and gone, we’re still in a fall mood!

Christmas Treats Arrive in Magic Kingdom

Disney has already started to add holiday decorations to the park, but not everyone is quite ready to switch out pumpkin spice to peppermint just yet. Since the season began, we’ve been trying pumpkin treats all over Disney World including a pumpkin mousse, a pumpkin macaron ice cream sandwich, and a pumpkin donut and cold brew combo. Now Disney has released a pumpkin treat and we had to go check it out!

Today, we headed over to Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to grab the Pumpkin Pie Cake Pop for $7.99!

Pumpkin Cake Pop

This isn’t just any ordinary cake pop — it’s a JUMBO pumpkin spice cake pop enrobed in white chocolate, fall sprinkles, and green vines to resemble an autumn pumpkin. Gasparilla Island Grill tends to release a giant cake pop annually, and last year’s release was a Jack Skellington King Cake Pop that we loved. This year, Gasparilla went for Thanksgiving vibes and it’s almost too cute to eat!

We loved this cake pop! We thought the pumpkin cake was delicious, but be warned though that this cake was thick and very heavy on the pumpkin flavor, so you can skip it if you’re not a pumpkin person. The white chocolate complimented the pumpkin flavors perfectly and we loved the design of the cake pop too.

So cute!

The Pumpkin Pie Cake Pop should be available at the Grand Floridian from November 1st to December 1st for $7.99, so you only have one month to try it! We have plenty of holiday treats to try, so stay tuned for more snack reviews!
