Magic Kingdom officially has a brand-new fireworks show called Disney Enchantment as part of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. And with a new fireworks show comes with it NEW fireworks dining parties!

Dessert parties are one way guests can add a special touch to their trip to Disney World, providing you with preferred fireworks viewing and a wide array of desserts and beverages to enjoy. Today, we’re at Disney’s Contemporary Resort taking a first look at Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors and Fireworks.

Celebration at the Top is located at California Grill, which can be found on the fifteenth floor at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We rode the elevator up to check out this new dessert party as the 50th Anniversary Celebration officially kicks off!

Guests will then pick up a name placard and place it on their table, so you don’t have to worry about losing your spot when you’re up grabbing food!

At the special dining party, guests are treated to specialty drinks, sushi, and small plates that pay homage to the original menu when the resort first opened in 1971.

Here’s a first look at some of the items guests can dine on at the beginning of the evening including Smoked Salmon Tartines, Poached Shrimp, and Beef Sliders.

Alcohol is included in the price for guests 21 and over.

Then, it’s time to watch the fireworks! Guests are brought outside to the Contemporary’s observation deck where the music from Disney Enchantment is piped in.

After the fireworks show has concluded, Celebration at the Top guests are brought back inside to enjoy some desserts, cordials, and coffee.
