PHOTOS: Go INSIDE the Guardians of the Galaxy Ride in EPCOT

We’re super focused on Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, but we’ve got some news for the future as well! There are some amazing new attractions coming to Disney World (in fact, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure officially opened TODAY), and now we’ve got a sneak peek INSIDE one!

Good Morning America featured a segment on Disney’s 50th Anniversary this morning. It talked about many of the fun celebrations and went into some plans for the future.

Ginger Zee from the show as well as Disney CEO Bob Chapek appeared live from Magic Kingdom, but part of the show took us inside the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster attraction in EPCOT.

Disney just announced that we can expect the debut of the Guardians ride in 2022 AND we got to step inside to see the progress on the attraction too (but we couldn’t take pictures to show you)!

Like we saw earlier this week, the ride building is HUGE and the track twists and turns throughout.

And at one point, the track passes through an opening that has a space pattern in hexagons. Oooh! We can’t wait to see what the adventure of this ride entails!
