Hispanic Heritage Month begins today, and Disney Springs is celebrating!

Running now through October 15th, Disney Springs staple, the Polite Pig, will be serving up Chicken Pinchos and a Smoky Passion Fruit Margarita for Hispanic Heritage Month!
The Polite Pig is definitely a go-to spot for on-point BBQ and drinks! Located at the base of the Lime Garage escalators, it’s a convenient and tasty spot for a bite. While the BBQ is classic, the chefs aim to keep it interesting with seasonal menu specials. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, you can expect to find a refreshing twist on BBQ chicken and smoky-sweet margarita.

Pardon us while we admire (drool over) The Polite Pigs’ Instagram feed. According to their post, we can expect layers of BBQ chicken, sweet plantains, coconut rice, red beans, and lots of cilantro goodness.
