Disney Animation is the STAR of the New Cast Member Costumes!

There are a LOT of changes happening at Disney World right now!

So far, we’ve seen the return of park hopping, the upcoming return of a show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and a gorgeous new fountain at EPCOT! So many parts of the resort are getting spiffed up just in time for the big 50th anniversary celebration this year!

The updates also include some new costumes for Cast Members. Most recently, we saw Cast Members at Disney’s Polynesian Resort get a new Moana-inspired look! But today, we saw that Cast Members at Disney’s Art of Animation also just got a brand new costume upgrade. And of course, it’s inspired by Disney’s animation!

The costume is a blue shirt with darker blue pants, along with a colorful apron representing some of our favorite animated Disney characters! There’s Nemo, Lightning McQueen, Timon, Simba, Ursula, Mater, Ariel, Dory, and more! Each character is from a film represented at the resort.

We love the watercolor look of the character silhouettes — these new costumes are PERFECT for the Art and Animation Resort! We’ve seen a few costume upgrades since the beginning of the year, so if we find more, we’ll let you know!
