If you’d like to have your choice of multiple sauces with chicken tenders, then stop by Chicken Guy!, owned by Guy Fieri. For burgers, D-Luxe Burger has some affordable options on the go, and guests can even build their own pie over at Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza. When it comes to barbecue, The Polite Pig is a pretty solid choice, and now they’re adding a NEW seasonal side to the menu!
Yesterday, The Polite Pig shared a post on their Twitter account (@thepolitepig) detailing the seasonal side, Cauli au Gratin. The side dish is made with cauliflower rice, baby spinach, peppers, cajun cream sauce, and parmesan breadcrumb crust. From the picture they shared, this thing looks DELICIOUS!

It looks like the side will be served up casserole-style in its own small dish, and we can’t wait to try it! If you’d like to taste it for yourself, swing by The Polite Pig soon, because we’re not sure how long this will be around.
