Last year, Disney introduced an absolutely iconic cupcake at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and we’ve been obsessed with it ever since. Hello there, Mermaid Tail Cupcake! Even with all the ups and downs of the year, we’re glad to say you can still get this treat!

We swung by Landscape of Flavors today to check in on any updates. Well, what we found isn’t really an update, but this treat is so good we just had to remind you that it’s here!

The Mermaid Tail Cupcake is a Vanilla Cupcake with a Pineapple Filling, topped with Coconut Buttercream (a huge hit with our team), a White Chocolate Mermaid Tail, Candy Pearls, and EDIBLE GLITTER with a topping that looks like sand.

When we snagged it today, the tail was laying down on the icing instead of stuck straight up which kinda looked like someone had pulled it right off of Ariel, but it’s still absolutely gorgeous.
