Here at DFB, we’re suckers for a fun cupcake!
Thanksgiving Cupcake
Holiday cupcakes are especially fun! This season we’ve had a peppermint cupcake, a cupcake with a hidden Mickey, an Olaf cupcake, and a red velvet wreath cupcake, to name a few. We’re pretty much always down to try a new cupcake, and today we tried an eggnog one!
The Eggnog Cupcake at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is new to Artist’s Palette this year! Last year we tried a different eggnog cupcake at Wilderness Lodge, but this year’s version has some new twists.

This cupcake is a spiced cake filled with eggnog mousse and topped with spiced whipped cream, an icing wreath, crunch pearls, and edible glitter. It’s a beauty to look at, and oh-so-festive!

You can snag this cupcake for $5.99, and after tasting it, we definitely think it’s worth the cash! The cake itself was a tad dry, but the mousse was delicious and really balanced the cake out. The mousse is super creamy and has a great eggnog flavor, so it really got us in the holiday spirit!

If you really like pumpkin spice, you’ll probably want to try this cupcake, because the spices in the cake are similar. If you’re not a fan of eggnog, you may want to stay away, but this was one of our favorite holiday cupcakes so far!
