Looking for a quick meal while on the go? Well, if you’re staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, now you can stop by the newly reopened Cafe Rix!

Earlier this week, we shared that Cafe Rix would be reopening today, so we stopped by this spot to see what it looks like now and what food options are available. Come along with us on a virtual tour!

Before we even entered, we saw all of the beautiful lights and some holiday decor near this spot. We’ve truly loved seeing the Disney hotels get in the holiday spirit.

We also spotted a sign on the outside indicating the hours that Cafe Rix will be open. Guests will be able to grab some items from here for Breakfast between 7AM to 12:30PM, but it will then close at lunchtime. Cafe Rix will open again at 4:30PM and continue to serve guests through the night until 10PM.

Those aren’t incredibly extensive hours, so it’s good to keep in mind in case you were thinking of stopping by to get something to eat. In terms of breakfast options, there are a few hot grab & go options available, including an egg & cheese sandwich, and french toast sticks.

These are quite literally grab & go items though. We saw that they were pre-prepared, packaged, and ready for guests to purchase.

In addition to the hot items, there were some pastries available, including…

…a chocolate croissant…

…doughnuts…

…muffins…

…and other pastries.

Some of the lunch items had already been packaged and prepared as well.

There were a few salads…

…a Buffalo Chicken Wrap…

…and some sandwiches available.

Their online menu also lists a number of hot grab & go items that will be available in the afternoon.

If you’re looking for some pretzel chips or other quick snacks, there were also some options available on the shelves for you to grab and take with you.

There were also a number of bottled drinks available too.

But Cafe Rix isn’t playing around — you’ll be faced with a very difficult choice in one section — will you choose sweet or healthy?

In a particularly sweet mood? You could grab one of these colorful cupcakes for dessert. One Cast Member told us that dessert options will be available after lunch. We didn’t see the incredible cupcake creation we had from there last year, but these colorful treats sure do look fun!

Of course, you can’t forget ALL of the gelato available at this spot. Some of the flavors include Dulce de Leche, Vanilla Bean, and Candy Explosion.

So, if you’re staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs and need to grab a quick breakfast, snack, or meal on the go, Cafe Rix is now open for you to stop by. The options here are not vast or particularly unique, but if you just need to buy something quickly as you’re rushing out the door to the parks, this restaurant is now available.
