Review: Like Pumpkin Pie and Whipped Cream? You'll LOVE This NEW Treat in Disney World!

From a Brain Cupcake(!) to all kinds of pumpkin spice flavored treats, we’ve had a LOT of Halloween and fall snacks all around Disney World.

But, the fun ain’t over yet! A little while ago, we shared that more treats were headed to the Disney World hotels and Disney Springs, and we recently got the chance to try one a SUPER LIMITED TIME treat that’s now available at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!

As we made our way around Disney’s Contemporary Resort recently, we stopped by Contempo Cafe, a quick service spot at the hotel with a fantastic view of the Monorail zooming nearby.

We already tried the Monster Cupcake from this spot, so our new mission was to try the special Pumpkin Pie Tart! This tart will only be available at Contempo Cafe for a SUPER limited time — from October 26th through the 29th — so we had to grab it before it disappeared!

This treat is made up of a Pumpkin pie tart with cinnamon whipped cream and some cute chocolate decorations.

Contempo Cafe is known for having some pretty delicious desserts, so even though we’ve had a LOT of pumpkin flavored treats, we had some high hopes for this particular dessert offering.

And, overall, this treat delivered! The filling is very similar to the consistency of regular pumpkin pie filling. Yum. We’d like to order 20 of these for Thanksgiving, please!

The shell of the tart is very soft and delicate, making it an absolute delight to eat. There is also a small piece of white chocolate at the bottom meant to keep it in place in the packaging but for white chocolate fans that adds an extra bonus!

It does have a LOT of that cinnamon whipped cream though. In fact, it might be a little too much for some, but if you love cinnamon and whipped cream (and especially if you’re the type of person who typically likes cupcakes to have a more icing than cake) you’ll probably love this.

Overall, we thought this was truly wonderful! We really hope Disney decides to keep it around a bit longer because it’s got the perfect flavors for Thanksgiving. But, for now, the tart is only set to be available until October 29th, so if you want to try it be sure to head over to Contempo Cafe quickly! You can grab this treat for $4.79.
