St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner (and we’re ready to celebrate Disney-style)!
Although we’ve already snacked on the festive Lion Paw Cookie, Mint-Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich, and Dubliner Burger, we’re about to sip on something sweet in honor of the Irish holiday.
We found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow: it’s the SUPER delicious Magical Leprechaun at Leaping Horse Libations in Disney’s BoardWalk Inn!
The green drink is swirled with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Midori Melon Liqueur, Coconut, and Pineapple (our taste buds are already doing a little jig).
Whether you’re looking to party on St. Patty’s or just relax by the poolside, the Magical Leprechaun will shamrock your socks off for $14! Although the mixture of melon, coconut, and pineapple is really sweet, the rum balances the flavors so it’s smooth and tasty (just like we like it!).
The alcohol isn’t too strong, even though you can taste it with every sip of the drink. We’re super digging how refreshing all the flavors are combined together! Pass us another one!!
