Once again it’s time for eats — and drinks! — all over Disney World to get all gussied up in green for St. Patrick’s Day.

And in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Dino-Bite Snacks in Dinoland, U.S.A. is where you’ll find a new addition to the St. Paddy’s Day snacking lineup with the Mint-Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich!
It joins Scrooge McDuck’s Billionaire Bacon Caramel Sundae as the other highlighted specialty item on the menu. (Yep, Dino-Bite Snacks is at it again since the Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich has made its departure after Valentine’s Day.)

The treat is all dressed up for the occasion with Shamrock Sprinkles! Though ours differed a bit from the menu picture, as the sprinkles covered just the top cookie (as opposed to the entire sandwich).

But for mint chocolate chip fans (YUM!!), that’s A-OK, because it just means that even more of that cool mint flavor comes through, with those dark chocolate chips adding their classic crunch in contrast to the pleasantly soft and chewy chocolate cookies.
