We’ve been busy little bees buzzing around Epcot’s 2020 Flower and Garden Festival!
We’ve been loving our new Spike the Bee Sippers and sporting our new festival merchandise as we munch our way around the World Showcase’s outdoor kitchens, but now it’s time to check out some of the other stuff this year’s Flower and Garden Fest has to offer!
Garden Rocks Concert Series
Garden Rocks is a series of live concerts that are performed nightly at the American Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion. These shows are general admission and are completely free with your Epcot admission! Showtimes are 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8:00 PM!
Highlights of this year’s line-up include The Guess Who, The Pointer Sisters, Blood, Sweat & Tears, A Flock of Seagulls, Daughtry, and Survivor who will be performing one of our favorite 80s tunes, “Eye of the Tiger”!

The Story of Coco
Mariachi Cobre presents The Story of Coco has also returned to the festival this year. This show is a re-telling of the story Coco! It stars a live-sized Miguel puppet and a live Mariachi band, which means you actually see Miguel strum his guitar and dance!
Showtimes are listed as Sunday through Thursday at 11 PM, 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM for the duration of the festival.
Tours and Other Events
Looking for even more face time with Flower and Garden’s gorgeous topiaries and the Horticultural team that takes care of the festival’s landscaping? The Spring Gardens of the World is a three-hour guided tour led by Epcot’s expert gardeners!
Click here to read more about Epcot’s Flower and Garden tours!
The Behind the Seeds tour of Epcot’s Land pavilion is available year-round, but the festival also has some exclusive tours such as the U.K. pavilion’s Royal Tea Garden Tour and English Tea Garden Tour! Not looking to spend any extra money? You can always take a free self-guided tour of the Miniature Gardens in the Germany pavilion!
This year Germany’s Miniature Garden seems to be hosting their very own Flower and Garden Festival, btw!
And be sure to watch out for the miniature trains as they whiz by!
Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration
Spike the Bee is everywhere at this year’s Flower and Garden Festival! He’s not only starring in his own collection of exclusive festival merch (including a new spork!) but Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration is also back!
This interactive game will take you on a scavenger hunt around the World Showcase to find where Spike is hiding! You’ll need to purchase the Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration map (available at most gift shops) to play along! Once you complete your map, you can redeem it for a PRIZE!
Egg-Stravaganza Scavenger Hunt
If you’re heading to Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival closer to Easter time, you can participate in one of our favorite spring activities at Epcot — the Egg-Stravaganza Scavenger Hunt!
Similar to Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration, your mission will be to seek out the larger-than-life Disney character eggs scattered throughout the World Showcase! Again, you’ll need to purchase an Egg-Stravaganza Scavenger Hunt map first (which you’ll find all around Epcot) and once you locate each egg, you can turn in your map for a reward!
Interactive Play Areas
Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival also has interactive play areas for the little sprouts!
This year, you’ll find the Health Full Trail where Future World and the World Showcase meet! It features multiple zones for folks of every age!
The Play Full Garden is perfect for the kiddos to crawl around on while the adults can enjoy the nearby Mind Full Retreat!
Over in Future World East, you’ll find Bo Peep’s Playtime Training Grounds while The Goodness Garden Butterfly House is fun for the whole family! You’ll find this attraction over by The Land this year!
Topiaries
And don’t forget about the massive amount of beautiful topiaries scattered throughout the park.
This year, there’s a new Remy topiary.
And we’re happy to see the return of the ever-so-adorable Kermit topiary.
See even more of the 2020 topiaries here!
With so much to see, do and EAT, we know you’re in for a good time at Epcot right now! The only real question now is, what will you enjoy FIRST?
