The Pumpkin Cheesecake comes with a bourbon sour cream topping and spiced pecans. It is SO YUMMY! The cheesecake is moist, creamy, and very pumpkin-y (in the best way)!

While we couldn’t taste a crazy amount of bourbon in the topping, when eaten all together you can definitely get a hint of it! Oh, and then the spiced nuts are just incredible!

As lovers of both pumpkin AND cheesecake, this was truly one of our favorite desserts we’ve had all fall! It’s just the right amount of sweet, and the creamy texture pairs well with the crunch you get from the spiced pecans. This is truly the Thanksgiving dessert of our dreams!
