We honestly feel like this summer flew by. And to celebrate the kiddos going back to school, Roaring Fork has released a Back-to-School PB&J Cupcake!
Roaring Fork is a counter service location in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. It serves Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Chicken and Waffles, Bacon Cheeseburgers and so much more.

And now, Roaring Fork is servin’ up the Back to School PB&J Cupcake, which we’ve seen renditions of in the past. But this might be the cutest one yet!
Back-to-School Cupcake
The cupcake is a perfect nod to school. It is made with a vanilla cake mix (colored pink) and that famous peanut butter buttercream that we’ve seen on treats like the Peanut Butter Paws Cupcake and the Peanut Butter Brownie.

It has a strawberry jelly filling and drizzle along with a few white chocolate ABC’s.

The cake was moist and the top was covered in buttercream, which we loved since it’s that delicious peanut butter flavor! We thought this cupcake is cute, yummy, and super kid-friendly!
The cupcake is $5.99 or a snack credit if you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, and you can find it at Roaring Fork for a limited time! This cupcake totally has us humming the ABC’s!
