Although it’s only available for a few more days, I wanted to share a fun snack that I came across at the Candy Palace in Disneyland: Pumpkin Spice Brittle.
For $4.99, you get a 6 oz bag of what I thought was a very tasty treat!
I love brittle and I love pumpkin, but I was a little unsure of how I’d like this snack. I was quite surprised to find the brittle really delicious.
Sweet, salty with a hint of spice and pumpkin seeds, I commend Disney for coming up with a unique holiday treat!
Ingredients include sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin seeds, butter, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
The cinnamon an nutmeg are just enough to really make you taste that “pumpkin pie-ness,” and the vanilla adds just the right amount of sweetness.
Pumpkin Spice Brittle will be around through the Holiday Season which ends this Sunday, January 6th. I’ve seen it available at both Candy Palace and Marceline’s in Downtown Disney. Although I did not look for it, my guess is that it is probably available at Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure as well.
If you are around the resort and want to squeeze in one more taste of the holidays, I highly recommend picking up a bag of Pumpkin Spice Brittle!
