PLEASE BE AWARE: UPDATE: Indoor dining at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar will be unavailable starting February 17th, 2026. While the indoor seating area is closed for refurbishment, guests will still be able to dine outdoors at Trader Sam’s. The interior dining is expected to reopen in time for Trader Sam’s 15th anniversary in the spring of 2026. (Trader Sam’s opened on May 25th, 2011.)
There’s an Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel – Trader Sam’s!
After traveling the world for over five decades, Trader Sam has put together the artifacts that he collected on display. Keen observers will also find Disney references, puns, and even historical facts while taking in the antics of the bartenders. Until 8PM, this restaurant is available to the whole family. Only guests 21 and over are allowed admittance afterwards.
While seating is limited, Trader Sam’s offers a delicious menu (not your average bar food!) favoring South Seas flavors as well as an extensive — and highly themed — cocktail menu. This is the place to hang with friends while sipping a tropical drink out of a Tiki glass!
Oh, and during Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration, Trader Sam’s is serving BREAKFAST featuring specialty items like Ube-stuffed French Toast, Korean-style Breakfast Sandwich, Open-Face Lomi Salmon Sandwich, and Tropical Pancakes from 8AM to 11AM.
While this is unique for a lounge, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar accepts Advance Dining Reservations since it’s such a popular spot!
