Come with us to Refreshment Outpost, where we’re going to try all the tasty festival eats on the menu, including a brand-new DOLE Whip flavor. Here’s a word of warning: this DOLE Whip is a bit spicy!
You’re probably aware that some of our favorite snacks in Disney World are the Dole Whips.
Aloha Isle
All around Disney World, you can find a variety of the delicious fruit-flavored ice cream. You can try floats, cups, serenades, and even cake topped with the delicious treat. There are lots of different flavors, too, like pineapple and orange. It just depends on which counter you stop at for which options you have. But now, it turns out that one popular Dole Whip location is down one option.
Our next festival stop doesn’t have ANY food. So why go there at all? For the DRINKS, of course!

We’re checking out all of the food studios with tasty items, the shows and artistic performances, the souvenirs (of course), and the art-inspired food stroll. The 2023 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays has officially begun, and there are so many snacks to try, shows and entertainment to watch, souvenirs to buy, and a beloved cookie stroll to complete. We’re here to walk you through the whole thing so you don’t get overwhelmed, and we’re heading over to Refreshment Outpost to tell you everything you need to know about this year’s offerings.

The 2023 Festival has officially begun and will run through November 18th. But with SO many food booths to try (and new menu items to check out), how will you know where to begin? Well, we can help. We’re making our way through ALL (yes, ALL) of the booths and will be sharing a full list of our picks for the very best items we’ve had. But for now, we’re focusing on one underrated spot — Refreshment Outpost — which has some unique options for the Festival and one might be a new favorite!

Now, let’s talk about EPCOT. We’re sure you’ve tried a lot (if not all — and yes, that includes Beverly) of soda flavors at Club Cool. But there’s ANOTHER place in EPCOT to get a special soda flavor, one that won’t be found on the menu.
If you’ve been to EPCOT recently, you’ve probably attended one of its many festivals. From early January all the way through late December, you can count on EPCOT to host a food-filled seasonal celebration in the World Showcase!
EPCOT Festival of the Arts
Right now, the springtime EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is happening in Disney World, but earlier this year, the EPCOT Festival of the Arts ran from January 13th through February 20th. Usually, seasonal snacks change with each new festival, but this year, a few Festival of the Arts snacks continued to stick around after the event!
Snacking around Disney World is one of our favorite pastimes! And when you’re faced with choosing between SO many treats at Walt Disney World, it’s important to narrow down your options. Especially when it comes to noshing in EPCOT — where the snack choices seem endless.
