We are getting close to being ONE month out from the opening of two brand-new Disney shows in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! On April 27th, we will be just one month away from the debut of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure.”

We have been waiting (not so) patiently for the grand opening show, and we are getting closer and closer! However, we still have a bit before they open. Let’s take a closer look at what these shows are replacing and what else is closed in Disney World this week.

These 17 Disney World Closures Could Impact Your Trip

Disney World is currently preparing for numerous new experiences in the coming years and refurbishing current attractions. Brand-new lands, including Pueblo Esperanza, Monsters, Inc. Land, and Villains Land will be coming. Plus, new lounges like the GEO-82 lounge in EPCOT will be opening, and new shows such as “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” in Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be debuting.

The EPCOT Resort Area at Disney World is full of interesting dining options — especially because you can easily get to FIVE different resorts by just walking in a circle.

This area is located just minutes from EPCOT by foot, and while you can take a Friendship Boat to travel to Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, The Walt Disney World Swan Resort, The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, AND Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, you can also walk to each one relatively quickly. While there are a few different places to grab ice cream, the one that may stick out the most to you is Beaches and Cream, specifically the To-Go window if you don’t have a reservation for the restaurant. But are these shakes and treats really worth the trip over? We found out!

Whether You Love It or Hate It – This BoardWalk Hotel Bar Is About to Close for Good!

Disney World is saying goodbye to a fan-favorite bar, and whether you loved it or never quite got the hype, its closure marks the end of an era.

Jellyrolls, the dueling piano bar that’s been a staple at Disney’s BoardWalk for 30 years, is closing its doors for good—at least at this location. The bar has announced that its final night at Disney will be April 19th, and while it does plan to reopen elsewhere, it won’t be on Disney property. So if you want to experience the energy, the music, and the legendary “Jellyroll of the Day” one last time at the BoardWalk, this is your last chance.
