Shula’s Steak House at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel and Jellyrolls on Disney’s BoardWalk have both officially closed their doors — and if you’ve ever spent time at either one, you know how big of a deal this is. Over at the Swan and Dolphin Resort, there have been some big changes! They’ve updated the rooms, are expanding their convention center, and are bringing in new dining spots for us to enjoy. One of those new spots is sure to be a fancy experience thanks to the newly announced dress code!
Well, that was fast! The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort just recently closed one of the upscale restaurants, and we were hoping it wouldn’t take too long for the new restaurant arriving in its place to open up.

Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina is taking the place of Shula’s Steak House, which just closed less than 48 hours ago at the time of writing. Now, reservations are ALREADY open for this new restaurant, and we know when it’s opening!
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin just shared a SNEAK PEEK at a new restaurant coming soon! Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina is set to make its debut at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in mid-summer 2025.

We already got a sneak peek at what to expect when we dined at Bourbon Steak in Orange County, but now we are getting a sneak peek at the design and some of the dishes coming to the restaurant. This will be Bourbon Steak’s 10th location and third location in Florida (there are also Bourbon Steak restaurants in Miami and Del Ray Beach).
