With all of the new adorable retro Disney merchandise released recently AND the Twice Upon a Year sale going on right now, we’ve been adding LOTS of items to our shopping bags on shopDisney.
If you’re like us and you’re on a shopDisney shopping spree, there are one or two more items you may want to add to your bag and snag for a pretty good discount!
It’s been several months since we’ve been able to step beyond those gates and into Disneyland Park to enjoy the sights, sounds, and magic of the happiest place on earth. And, we’ll just say, we’re in serious need of some snacks from Bengal Barbecue!
Although we’re still waiting for an announcement of a new reopening date for Disneyland Resort, we’ve got updates now about some of the changes we can expect to see in the Anaheim theme parks when guests can finally enjoy them again.
Who’s the cutest alien in the galaxy? No, it’s not Stitch but he’s a close second.
We’re looking at more Baby Yoda merchandise today and we’re not mad about it. Okay, we know, they want us to call him “The Child,” but frankly, we just can’t get behind it. Baby Yoda he shall be until The Mandalorian creators give him a new name. Oh, did we mention he can ride on your shoulder now?
Since it first opened in December 2019, Rise of the Resistance has widely been considered THE must-do attraction in Disney World.
Given the ride’s popularity, guests are required to obtain a boarding group in order to experience the attraction, rather than waiting in an hours-long physical queue. Currently, boarding groups are made available twice during the day — once when the park first opens at 10AM and again at 2PM.
But as with other attractions around Disney World, capacity for Rise of the Resistance is limited, which means it might not be an easy feat to snag a boarding group. After hearing from many friends that they were not able to get boarding groups or ride the attraction, we decided to poll our audience to get an idea of just how many Disney World guests missed out on riding the most popular attraction in Orlando with the current system.
As you may have heard, Mondays are about to get a lot better for The Mandalorian fans.
Yesterday, Disney announced that Season 2 of The Mandalorian (premiering October 30th on Disney+) will be accompanied by a new merchandise event called Mando Mondays. Every Monday following a new episode, we’ll be able to buy fun Mandalorian merch — and the events has kicked off early!
From a blimp flying over Disney World to a Barbershop within the blue walls of the “bubble,” we’ve been watching all of the news coming out of the NBA “bubble” since some of our favorite basketball teams resumed the 2019-2020 NBA season in Disney World at the ESPN Wide World of Sports.
Although the NBA conference finals will be wrapping up soon, it seems MORE basketball may be on its way to Disney World.
Halloween ears have been scaring up a storm this year, and we’re not complaining!
From the sweet Halloween Candy Minnie Ears to the spooky Witch Minnie Ears, we’re having a hard time not snagging them all. One of our favorite pairs of spooky ears this year has been kind of hard to find — until today, that is! The Jack ‘O Lantern Mickey Ears have FINALLY made it to Disney World!

Ever wanted to dine like royalty?
You can truly feel like a princess when you eat at Cinderella’s Royal Table in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. But, let’s be honest, this place has always been off-the-charts expensive.
Pre-closure, you could drop over $300 (after tax and tip) for your family of four, and it wasn’t even all you can eat. But we’ve always still recommended it as a one-and-done — because getting the experience to dine inside Cinderella Castle AND seeing five princesses at once almost made it worth the cost. Especially if this was your one and only experience to dine here.
Just a few weeks ago, we shared with you that Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will not be reopening until the summer of 2021 to finish some refurbishment work, including a Moana-inspired look for the Resort’s guest rooms.
The refurbishment work is set to begin in October, and now we’ve got a few updates on how that construction could impact your stay at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows or simply a trip to dine at the resort.
