2026 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Coverage
nothing found.Navigating the Festival
The Festival’s Flower and Garden Passport is available to help you locate all the Outdoor Kitchens (and much more!) and keep track of everything you eat as a free souvenir.
The Passports also provide information on all the daily ins-and-outs of the Festival. You’ll find a Digital Festival Guidebook on the home screen of the My Disney Experience app, too.
There is also an interesting feature on the Disney World website which might be helpful to guests with food allergies or intolerances: you can check out the Allergy-Friendly Menus at the Flower & Garden Festival. And, guests in the park can scan the QR code provided in the Festival Passport to find the same information.
Here, you can find items that are friendly for guests with gluten/wheat, egg, soy, peanut/tree nut, milk, sesame, fish/shellfish and other allergies. (Please be aware that Disney states the following regarding the Outdoor Kitchens: “You may consult with a chef or special-diets-trained Cast Member before placing your order. We use reasonable efforts in our sourcing, preparation and handling procedures to avoid the introduction of the named allergen into menu choices. However, it is possible for the allergen to be introduced before the food is provided to us or inadvertently during our preparation or handling. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergy-friendly items or separate dining areas for Guests with allergies or intolerances.”)
EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Outdoor Kitchens
Outdoor Kitchens are set up all around the park, with the majority found on the Promenade and around EPCOT’s World Showcase Lagoon!
The Outdoor Kitchens are similar to the Marketplace Booths for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival in that they provide enhanced food offerings to guests at the Flower and Garden Festival.
There are over 20 Food Booths for 2026 (PLUS specialty offerings at additional locations around the park) serving up fresh-from-the-GARDEN flavors! And a NEW Outdoor Kitchen has arrived in 2026: Nectar!
Please be aware that the Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths are open from 11:30AM – 8:30PM on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 11AM – 9PM on Fridays through Mondays.

EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Special Exhibits and Tours
Flower & Garden Festival at CommuniCore Hall
CommuniCore Hall in World Celebration hosts a special exhibit for the Festival: Sunlight to Starbright in Spike’s Garden.
Disney shares that guests can: “Get a bee’s eye view of a garden that’s larger-than-life, as it transitions from day to night. From fireflies that glow in the dark, to flowers that open by moonlight, each element of the garden becomes more magical once the sun goes down.”
Be sure to take some time to explore CommuniCore Hall during the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!
English Tea Garden Tour
Guests can enjoy complimentary tours in the English Tea Garden Presented by Twinings® in the United Kingdom Pavilion. You’ll learn about how tea is grown, manufactured, and brought to your own tea kettle.
There are typically TWO versions of the free Tea Tour available: a self-guided version, and a 30-minute Guided Tour.
For the self-guided tour, guests may simply visit The Tea Caddy shop and ask a Cast Member for a brochure. When you finish your self-guided tour, return to The Tea Caddy and let a Cast Member know you’re finished (and you may receive a small surprise!).
Interested in the Guided Tour? You can stop by The Tea Caddy to sign up for a same-day 30-minute tour if one is available when you visit! Please note that availability is limited.
Behind the Seeds Tour
Though the Behind the Seeds Tour is available throughout the year at EPCOT, fans of the Flower & Garden Festival may take special interest in this tour of The Land pavilion’s greenhouses!
Participants visit four greenhouses (plus a fish farm) in The Land Pavilion during this one-hour tour, encountering insects, fish, and plants along the way.
The cost is $39.00 – $49.00 per guest (prices vary by date), and tours are offered several times daily, typically beginning at park opening with the last tour available at 4:30PM. View available times on the Disney World Behind the Seeds Tour Page. Booking is available via the Walt Disney World website. Guests may also book Behind the Seeds via the My Disney Experience app.
