We’re thrilled to be at Universal Kids Resort, Universal’s newest park, located in Frisco, Texas. The park is home to numerous new lands, all with exciting attractions, rides, restaurants, and more, and we’re getting a chance to explore them all EARLY before the park’s official opening on July 1st! We’ve been taking you around with us all day, and now, it’s time to check out one of the lands that we’ve been most looking forward to — Minions vs. Minions: Bello Bay Club.

What does that mean? Well, we’re SUCKERS for a refillable mug, particularly any one that gets us unlimited sodas. A brand-new theme park is officially open, and we’re exploring it ALL! Universal Kids Resort is located in Frisco, a suburb north of Dallas, Texas. It’s aimed at families with young children, but it’s fun for both kids and kids-at-heart!

We Just Met a BABY RAPTOR at the NEW Universal Kids Resort!

In case you missed it, we’re at Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, checking out everything this new theme park has to offer ahead of its official opening date on July 1st. We’ve already given you a full tour of the Universal Kids Resort Hotel, as well as a tour of one of its rooms, but now, we’re INSIDE the theme park, and we have SO much to tell you about.

So the theme park has seven themed lands based on some kid-favorite properties like SpongeBob SquarePants, Shrek, Minions, Trolls, Puss in Boots, and more. Well, that also includes a Jurassic Park-themed land called Jurassic World Adventure Camp…and y’all, this might be our favorite of all the lands because we just met a baby raptor!

FULL TOUR: Check Out the NEW Universal Kids Resort Hotel Rooms

Universal Kids Resort officially opens on July 1st, but we were able to tour the brand-new hotel early! This hotel is built with families in mind and only offers rooms for groups of four or more.

There are four room types – Standard Queen, Deluxe Queen, Signature Queen, and Family Suite. Right now, we’re taking you on a tour of a Standard Queen room.

Universal Kids Resort is set to open in just a few weeks on July 1st, and we’re so stoked there will soon be a park that’s really dedicated towards families with younger kids — and that there are lots of water features around the park, because Texas gets HOT during the summer!
