Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
2026 will bring us the reopening of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in the spring and lots of construction as new updates begin around the parks. This year will also bring a few changes to several Disney World Resort hotels. If you’re planning to stay at one of the many Disney hotels, be aware of the following changes happening and consider them as you begin planning your vacation.

Okay, don’t get us wrong, we LOVE the Disney World parks, obviously. But if you’re looking to spend a day at Disney World without buying a ticket, you’ll find plenty of things to do. One of the most popular non-ticketed attractions is Disney Springs. This shopping and dining district is chalk full of fun entertainment. Since we’ve been here a few times, we’ve compiled a list of six things we’ll never do again at Disney Springs, and hopefully this will help you avoid a few things, too, on your next trip!

Plus, Disney is bringing back two popular hotel perks in 2026, and these are two game-changing perks you won’t want to miss out on!
You might remember us talking about aisle lice a while back. They are typically found on airplanes, but now we’re starting to notice them creep up into Disney World restaurants.

What are aisle lice? Luckily, they’re not as gross as the term implies. These are simply people who, when boarding a plane, jump up and clog the paths to the jetway long before their boarding groups are called. This makes it difficult for flight attendants to manage the line and for passengers with earlier boarding groups to get through.
So how are “aisle lice” affecting Disney World restaurants? Well, in a different way, they are, and its having similar effects on others trying to dine at the restaurants.
Loungefly bags are a popular choice of park bag at Disney World, and for good reason. These compact, yet versatile, bags are excellent for packing snacks, money, ponchos, you name it, for your day in the parks.

Test Track has been undergoing a massive refurbishment in EPCOT!
Test Track
The ride closed on June 17th, 2024, for a massive overhaul. Up to this point, we only know a few details about what to expect when the ride reopens on July 22nd, 2025, and we’ve been waiting for more information. Well, the time has finally come!
Back in August 2024, Disney shared that a brand-new Coco ride would be coming to Disney California Adventure.
