DATES Announced for the 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

While the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival may be what comes to mind when you think of Food & Wine in Disney World, there is also another Food & Wine event that happens in Disney World! The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will be returning in 2026 for its 17th year!

The annual event is two days of gourmet cuisine from award-winning chefs, paired with fine wines, beers, and spirits from around the world. In addition to the delicious food and drinks, the event also features live entertainment, seminars, and fireworks.

FIRST LOOK at the NEW Figment Popcorn Bucket Coming to Disney World Tomorrow!

Big Figment news!!! A brand-new Figment popcorn bucket is coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. The beloved purple dragon returns to the festival-exclusive popcorn bucket once again, and it is SO cute!

The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts kicks off tomorrow, January 16th, and runs through February 23rd, 2026. The festival celebrates three artistic disciplines: the Culinary, Visual, and Performing Arts, and features Food Studios, artist showcases, live entertainment, interactive art activities, and so much more.

REVIEW: No Notes for This New Animal Kingdom Appetizer – Just That We Want 10 More

New bao buns have arrived in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! We are suckers for fluffy bao buns filled with delicious fillings, so when we spotted a new addition to Tiffins Restaurant’s menu, we had to give them a try. New bao buns will also be coming to Nomad Lounge — although they will be different than the new ones at Tiffins. So, if you are a bao bun fanatic, check out both Tiffins and Nomad Lounge for new offerings.

Over at Tiffins, you can grab the Pork Belly Bao Buns. Nomad Lounge will be offering Korean Barbecue Mushroom Bao Buns (although they didn’t have them quite yet when we were in Animal Kingdom last week. We grabbed a table at Tiffins Restaurant to try out the new buns, and now we are bringing you our review!

REVIEW: It’s Cute and Popular – But How Does This NEW Disney Treat Taste?

TONS of new treats and drinks dropped in Disneyland last Thursday, January 8th! Of course, we stopped by to try some of the new offerings—like PINK milk!! Yes, there is now a third milk option in Galaxy’s Edge! Plus, we also grabbed a Sweet Heat Beignet Chicken Sandwich, Infinity Cream Puffs, and 9 other new food items. We also really wanted to try another new treat, but by the time we stopped by to grab it, it had already SOLD OUT.

Cast Members said they didn’t anticipate its popularity, so they didn’t make many. We vowed to make our way back — earlier this time — as soon as we could. Well, we have some good news! We stopped by Disneyland this weekend, and we were able to secure this popular treat!

NEWS: Norovirus Outbreak Reported on Cruise Ship

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a norovirus outbreak on the Rotterdam, a Holland America Line cruise ship, resulted in 81 passengers and 8 crew members becoming ill during the voyage. The cruise ship had a total of 2,593 passengers and 1,005 crew members on board.

The outbreak occurred on the sailing from December 28th, 2025, through January 9th, 2026. Holland America reported the outbreak on January 8th, 2026. In total, about 3.1% of the passengers were ill during the voyage, and 0.8% of the crew were ill during the voyage.

NEWS: Wilderness Lodge Evacuates Due to Fire Alarm

Update: As of 10:51 AM on January 12th, the building was all clear, and guests were allowed to reenter.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is currently being evacuated due to a fire alarm.

A fire truck has arrived on the scene, and guests are currently being held outside the building. Our reporter was at the hotel to check on the boat dock closure when the evacuation began.

CONFIRMED: This Popular EPCOT Food Spot Is Now Behind Shrubs

We have sad poutine news from EPCOT. While we were expecting the closure, the Refreshment Port in EPCOT is officially temporarily closed. This snack stand, located near the Port of Entry and near the Canada pavilion, is closed for refurbishment. Refreshment Port is known for its poutine (and usually offers a special poutine during the festivals).

Disney hasn’t announced when the Refreshment Port will reopen yet, and the Disney World website still shows no hours for the snack stand through March 13th (which is how far the calendar is currently available). That doesn’t necessarily mean it couldn’t open before March 13th, but as of right now, we don’t know when it will reopen.

Disney Springs, Wilderness Lodge, and EPCOT Are Getting Hit With NEW Closures This Week

Even MORE closures are hitting Disney World this week! There is a lot of construction underway as Disney works to bring new lands to life at Disney World, such as Pueblo Esperanza and Piston Peak National Park. And even amid all the closures for these expansions, other attractions and locations are also closed for maintenance and updates.

REVIEW: We Tried Disney’s NEW Pink Milk (And 11 Other New Treats, Too!)

A BUNCH of new food just dropped at Disneyland Resort, and of course, we had to check out some of the new items. We are the Disney Food Blog after all; if there is food involved at Disney, we will be there! Disneyland Resort is still celebrating its 70th Anniversary, and some new treats are coming to mark the occasion. Plus, Disney just added some extra new food and drink items, because why not?

Most of the new treats are available as of January 8th, although the new menu items at Flo’s V8 Cafe won’t be available until January 20th (don’t worry, we will be back to give you a full review of those new items, too!). Disney released a foodie guide earlier this month detailing the 91 NEW items coming to Disneyland. We stopped by Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure to try some of the new treats, so you know which ones are must-gets and which ones you should skip.
