Why We're Booking Our 4th of July Disney World Vacation at THIS Hotel

This year’s 4th of July is not just a celebration of America’s Independence Day but also a celebration of America’s 250th birthday. In honor of that, we’ve already seen a HUGE change made to one EPCOT ride to celebrate, plus Disney World is planning on dropping a lot of special food and drinks.

Now, a Disney World hotel is getting in on the celebratory action. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has a TON of fun things planned for the 4th of July weekend and America’s big birthday celebration, so if you’re visiting Disney World then, you might just want to book a stay there.

Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin on the 4th of July weekend will get to take part in a huge party at the resort. From July 3rd to 5th, you’ll find a live DJ by the pool from 12-4 PM at the Grotto Pool and from 1-3 PM at the Reserve Pool. Inflatable games for the whole family will be available from 12-6 PM at the Grotto Pool.

Enjoy some crafty time making 4th of July goodies from 12-5 PM. Perhaps the best part of the celebration will be America’s Birthday Cake, which will be given to guests for FREE, starting at 12 PM. A new cocktail will also be available: Red, White & Poured, made with 50 States Vodka across Cabana, Splash, Tangerine, and Phins.

The resort is also launching a brand new Summer Concert series that will take place on select nights from July 18th through August 29th. The concert series is exclusive to hotel guests, but non-guests can purchase a resort pass to attend. The concert series will feature live music, food trucks, specialty cocktails, and more.
