Disney’s Contemporary Resort
If you’re staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort today, June 3rd, and tomorrow, June 4th, you may have noticed a sign has popped up in the main building. The sign is notifying guests of some testing that will be done during the day, so let’s take a look at what it says!
We were recently walking around the popular Disney World resort right next to Magic Kingdom, when we noticed a sign was up stating there would be fire alarm testing happening on June 3rd and June 4th!

The sign states that guests should be aware of fire alarm testing scheduled to happen between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM on both days. Guests at the resort during this time may experience strobe light testing and loud ringing tones.
If you’re staying at the resort, just be aware
Disney also stated that if you have any questions about the testing or need any additional assistance, the Cast Members are more than happy to assist with that at the front desk. While this shouldn’t impact much of your stay, if you have kiddos who nap during this time — or if you’re planning on taking a nap during this time — this is something to keep in mind.

If you are at Disney World to start off the summer, you’ll be happy to know that Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is here, and it has lots of new and returning experiences to offer kids and kids at heart. Over at EPCOT, you can check out GoofyCore at CommuniCore Hall. It’s a fun dance party with music, games, and Goofy himself.

At Magic Kingdom, you can check out Jessie’s Roundup! It’s a brand-new, limited-time experience that has taken over The Diamond Horeshoe restaurant. There, you can see Jessie, Woody, Bullseye, and more Toy Story pals for songs, dancing, games, and other playful activities.
