When it comes to dining at Disney World, you’ve got a TON of options. Want something quick and easy? You’ve got it. Something middle-of-the-road and comforting? Yep, that too. And if you’re looking for something upscale and luxurious, you can find that too.

Baja Tacos at Paradiso 37!
We recently stopped by Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas at Disney Springs, to see if the restaurant’s reputation is still accurate. Now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worth a stop on your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Find out here!
Atmosphere
Paradiso 37 is located in Disney Springs within The Landing. This spot is near Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar. The table service offers up Latin fare and bites inspired by the Americas.

Paradiso 37
Inside, you’ll find lively decor with tons of color and upbeat music. You can also find live music nightly at this restaurant, as well as waterfront views.

How pretty is this?!
There are lots of seating options like bar seating, booths, traditional table tops, and more.

It’s pretty open!
You can also find lots of greenery around the restaurant, which makes it feel even more lively.

Greenery!
Plus, this spot is known for its towering tequila bar with over 30 different kinds of tequila.

Bar seating!
But enough about the restaurant — what’s on the menu here?!
Menu
This menu offers a pretty wide variety of foods, including items like nachos, burgers, empanadas, tacos, pasta, ribs, and more.

The front of the menu!
You can also find desserts, specialty cocktails, lots of margaritas, and more.

The back of the menu!
And now, onto the main event — what we tried out!
Drinks
To drink, we picked up the Bahama Mama for $16. This is made with RumHaven coconut rum, Pineapple juice, Orange juice, grenadine, and Myers’s Dark rum floater.

The Bahama Mama!
This drink was dangerous in the best way! There is very little alcohol taste in this beverage. The rum flavor was masked by all the juices mixed in the drink. It’s tropical, fruity, and very popular, according to our waiter. While it didn’t taste heavily of rum, it was still fairly strong, so this is great for anyone looking for a nice alcoholic beverage without the pinch of alcohol.

The toppings!
We also love that there were berries and an organic slice on top for some extra presentation and sweetness.
Eats
First up, we grabbed the Cuban Yucca Fries for $20.00. These were made with yucca fries loaded with mojo roasted pork, cilantro garlic sauce, pink sauce, corn salsa, pickled red onion, and queso.

The Loaded Yucca Fries!
These were pretty tasty! The main flavor here was the pulled pork. It was meaty and smoky, although there wasn’t a lot of flavor from the corn or sauces on top. Even the yucca fries really didn’t offer a standout taste when eaten with the pork.

Look at those toppings!
The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which we really enjoyed. When we did get a taste of the sauces, we loved how flavorful and bright they were. That being said, we would have liked to see more of the sauce on this appetizer.

Have a bite!
Next, we grabbed the Baja Fish Tacos for $29.00. These tacos come with flour tortillas filled with crispy battered fish topped with sweet chili aioli, P37 house-made mango salsa, and tropical coleslaw.

The Baja Fish Tacos
These were a nice balance of savory and sweet! The mango salad had a nice, bright, and strong flavor on top of the fish, which was much appreciated. The coleslaw adds a nice crunch to the soft tacos and mango salsa. The fish didn’t have an overly strong flavor, although it was a little lukewarm when we were able to try it.

How pretty!
We would have liked to see more fish in the tacos themselves because the small pieces of meat were overwhelmed by the coleslaw and mango salsa. They were also pretty messy to enjoy. They fell apart as we took bites, and we ended up eating it mostly with a fork. These were unique, but if you’re looking for a protein-heavy taco, this might not be it.

They’re nice and bright!
For our dessert, we tried out the Mexican City Churros for $14. These were Cinnamon Sugar Churros drizzled with Caramel and Chocolate Sauce!

The churros!
These were pretty straightforward! They were sweet and on the smaller side, but the presentation was nice! They were fresher than what you experience in the Disney World theme parks, which we can really appreciate. They were nice and sweet, but there wasn’t anything that was super unique about them.

A little dip!
This is a nice shareable dessert, but if you’re looking for something to knock you off your feet we recommend trying something else.

Overall
This Disney World restaurant has had the same reputation for a few years now, and our latest visit confirms that it remains the same. It offers some tasty cocktails and great vibes, but the dishes tend to leave us wanting more. This can be a great stop for an easy, last-minute meal or for anyone who loves live music and good cocktails. I must disagree with your verdict on the food at Paradiso 37. We were just there this past February for diner and we absolutely loved the meal we had there! Not only was the vibe and atmosphere there lively and pleasant, but the food was fresh, well prepared and had its own spin on food of the Americas! We shaed the dipping trio (salsa was different from others I have had and was smoky delicious!), then the Canadian Bison Burger (love their Maple Bacon Onion Jam), and the Cajun Fried Chicken Club (with crazy good Yellow Pepper Aji Aioli). The condiments gave each item a unique taste of classical indigenous flavors from different countries. The wait staff were incredibly nice too. Would go back again and encourage others to try it themselves. There’s more to life than loaded fries!!
