It’s no secret that Disney World’s hotels are loaded with dining options, from quick service eateries and food courts to award-winning table service restaurants. However, the best all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant at a Disney hotel may be hiding a bit under the radar.
Sebastian’s Bistro, which Disney calls a place where guests can transport their “taste buds to ‘island time’ with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors”, is located at the Moderate Tier Caribbean Beach Resort.
Themed to the calypso-singing Sebastian the Crab from The Little Mermaid, Sebastian’s Bistro features a bright and vivid color palette, and thematic touches in line with the resort’s island vibe.
Currently, for $39 per adult or $21 per child, guests can indulge in the all-you-can-enjoy Taste of the Caribbean Menu, which includes house-baked pull-apart rolls, a salad, oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork, grilled chili-rubbed beef, sustainable baked fish, cilantro rice and beans, vegetable stew, and grilled vegetables, and house-made coconut-pineapple bread pudding for dessert.
The restaurant also offers a similar-flavor plant-based menu.
In addition, the restaurant offers enhancements that can be added to the meal: Crab and Seafood Cake with Tropical Mango Slaw and Guajillo Aïoli for $13.00 and Fried Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce for $10.00.
In addition, the Bistro offers a stocked drink menu including specialty cocktails, sangrias, Caribbean rums, beers, and mocktails.
As we put it after our most recent visit, “Seriously, great food, and you can have as much of it as you’d like? That’s a win in our book!” especially for the price! As if all that wasn’t enough, if you time your meal right, you can catch an outstanding view of the EPCOT fireworks views from Caribbean Beach.
Next time you’re considering where to eat at Disney World, keep Sebastian’s Bistro in mind! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney dining tips from across the resort.
