Every year, the menu at Peppers Cali-Ente is all about bringing the heat to the DCA Food & Wine Festival! Let’s find out more about this booth.
The 2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has officially started at Disneyland Resort and there are LOTS of things to do. From now through April 27th, you can devour some delicious eats and drinks, check out unique entertainment, and more. Wondering just what you can eat at Peppers Cali-Ente? Well, we’ve checked it out and now we’re sharing our FULL thoughts.
Menu
As the name suggests, the theme of the menu at Peppers Cali-Ente is all about bringing the heat! This spot serves up two food items, plus some specialty cocktails.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
First up, we grabbed the new Tajín Habanero Seasoned Wings for $9.50. These are made with Tajín chile-lime sauce.
These were very spicy – absolutely covered in Tajin and lime! These wings were soft and tender with a great bite. We received a good variety of both flats and drums, and we enjoyed the mix. The portion size was very large and shareable.
Next, we tried the Ramen Mac & Cheese for $9.25. This dish is comprised of Furikake crumble, fish cakes, green onions, and chile crunch.
This was such a unique dish! This mac and cheese has a creamy and soft sharp cheddar sauce. We’re not kidding when we say creamy; it literally melted in our mouths! We weren’t a fan of the fishcakes, but the chili crunch was amazing! It brought a great kick that complemented the cheddar. We loved how the chili is on the side, so you can control how much spice you’re getting.
Onto the drinks!
Drinks
In terms of drinks, we picked up the Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail. It’s a returning drink made with Bourbon, pickle juice, lime juice, and sweet and sour, garnished with Tajín Chile Lime Sauce, Tajín, and a pickle spear for $18.25.
This drink is pretty unique and not like something you’ll find anywhere else. If you drink pickle juice straight, you’ll love this. Because that’s what it’s like! We liked the crispness of the pickle spear, and the Tajin rim added a nice flavor.
Also available here is the Seaborn Strawberry Lemonade Margarita for $18.25.
This was very light and refreshing. The strawberry was very forward, with only a light aftertaste of the lemonade and alcohol. It was very yummy, but very dangerous!
And if you’re looking for something more kid-friendly, try the Strawberry Guava Lemonade for $8.50. It’s made with Simply Lemonade, strawberry purée, and guava syrup, topped with vanilla cream and freeze-dried strawberries.
This drink was very guava-forward. The guava syrup was so much stronger than the strawberry puree, despite the drink’s bright red color. The lemonade was very tart, which paired well with the sweet vanilla cold foam on top.
OVERALL
We’d rate this booth a four out of five. The drinks are great, but if spice isn’t your thing, the food here isn’t for you. We’d highly recommend the Tajin Habanero Seasoned Wings and the Strawberry Guava Lemonade. The only thing we didn’t like was the Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail – but other than that, this booth is a hit!
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
