It’s hard to believe that we’re about to say goodbye to February, but here we are. Now, we know a LOT of things are changing in Magic Kingdom, what with the big Cars expansion in Frontierland, Villains Land, and ride updates to both Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.

Well, a huge change is coming to Magic Kingdom’s parades, too, or rather, the park’s parade schedule. We’re going to go through these changes to make sure you don’t miss a thing if you’re visiting the parks in March (which is SOON).
The Disney World calendar is showing that showtimes for both of Magic Kingdom’s parades and its cavalcade will be changing in March. Festival of Fantasy, Magic Kingdom’s daytime parade, will go from one showtime per day to two starting on March 15th at 12 PM and 3 PM.

The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade is changing times on March 15th, too. Instead of 10:30 AM and 11:45 AM, the cavalcade will now be held later in the day, at 5:10 PM and 6:25 PM.

Disney Starlight is showing performances at 8:15 p.m. for March 8th-11th. As of March 12th, you’ll be able to catch the parade twice each evening from 8:15 PM through 10:30 PM. The calendar is not showing dates any further than that, but we would guess this is probably just because it hasn’t been updated yet.

If you are visiting Disney World, though, we always recommend checking showtimes on the My Disney Experience app to double-check times for parades and other entertainment. We’ll also keep an eye out for changes, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
