Eek! Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in Disneyland is reopening February 6th after a major refurbishment, and we finally get to check out all the details inside.
Reservations are available now for the opening, but we were able to get a sneak peek inside to see the renovations. Let’s just say: STUNNING!
Right when we walked in, we were blown away. With the renovation, they wanted to make the area more cozy, and that’s definitely how we felt when we came in. I feel like I can bundle up with a good book and a glass of wine.
The restaurant is themed around California’s wine-making history with natural textiles, French Oak flooring, and columns. You’ll also see artisan metal, as well as leather, and deep red cabernet tones.
There’s also a gorgeous chandelier that is also themed around California wine-making.
There’s a whole new bar for quick bites and a drink. It’s perfect for stopping in to catch up with an old friend or a relaxing space to hang out with your partner. For the bar and lounge, reservations are not required, and walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
The main dining room will have a prix fixe menu with options to add custom wine pairings to the multi-course meal. They completely redid the children’s menu, and the whole space is so welcoming. We love the intimate seating options all surrounded by the restaurant’s 1,500-label wine collection.
For a night to remember, you can enjoy the Chef’s Counter, which offers up to 18 guests the chance to sit and dine in direct view of the kitchen. The Napa Rose chefs will personalize each course of your meal, based on seasonality and creativity. You can book online at NapaRose.com.
There’s also a private dining room which sits up to 16 guests. If you want to book the private dining room, you’ll need to contact the restaurant directly.
There will also be a space for outdoor dining with a large fireplace where you can enjoy your meal in the stunning California weather. Reservations are highly recommended for the main dining room and outdoor terrace.
We’re so excited to finally have Napa Rose back open, and we’re ready to dive in. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more Disney restaurant and food news.
