We’re suckers for hidden details anywhere, but ESPECIALLY inside the Disney parks. Especially since we get to be in the Disney Parks nearly every day, we’re always looking for details we haven’t spotted, new experiences for you to check out, and everything in between.
We love Disneyland Resort for so many reasons, but the official Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account (@disneylandmagickey) just posted a TON of hidden Easter eggs across Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. We’re betting a lot of you haven’t noticed (because some of them we haven’t spotted before)!
Buzz Lightyear in The Cozy Cone Motel
We love it when Pixar stories combine, and that’s exactly what’s happening here!
If you’re checking out the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney California Adventure, look closely to find Buzz Lightyear hiding beneath one of the cones. Remember that from Toy Story 2, when the toys cross the street under the cones? We love the connection!

For the Villain Fans
If you’re in Fantasyland and want to get a peek at an iconic Disney villain, you’ll want to head over to Snow White’s Enchanted Wish (but not go INSIDE!).
Look up at the very top of the attraction, at the gorgeous stained glass window, and you’ll be able to see the Evil Queen herself! She genuinely looks pretty scary, so beware.

Back to The Days of Building
When you’re building something as massive as Disneyland, you need a few spots to check out what’s going to work best for the site. You can get a look at this history over in a corner of Main Street, U.S.A.!
If you look closely at this wall, where a water fountain is, you’ll find many different pattern variations of bricks. This was the test wall to see what would look best in the rest of the park!

The Little Man of Disneyland
Now, this is one we did know, but that doesn’t mean we love it any less! If you’ve ever wanted to find the Little Man of Disneyland, you’ll want to head over to Indiana Jones Adventure.
You’ll want to look closely at one of the large trees near the attraction, and that’s where you’ll find a whole little house built into the base — this is the home of The Little Man of Disneyland!

There’s An ELEPHANT That Was Bound For Paris? Yes, Yes There Is!
Did you know there’s an elephant tucked away in Adventureland, above the Tropical Imports Snack Shop? It’s true! If you’ve noticed her, though, you may not know her history.
She’s GORGEOUS, made out of jade, and her name is Penny! She’s named after the Penny Arcade, but she originally wasn’t meant for any of the United States parks — she was actually originally supposed to be put in Disneyland Paris. However, she was placed in the Penny Arcade in Disneyland in 1993, then moved to the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor years later. That wasn’t it, though — in 2012, while the ice cream parlor was being refurbished, she disappeared. An elephant crypt was even made for her in the Haunted Mansion in 2016, but then by 2017, she arrived at her current home, the Tropical Imports Snack Shop.

A Former Ticket Booth
Ticket booths are now only located outside the parks, but when Disneyland opened, there were ticket booths inside the park where people could purchase tickets for the individual attractions. Did you know that at least ONE of them is still in Disneyland?
The lighthouse outside of Storybook Land Canal Boats is actually a former ticket booth! It’s been repurposed into being a decoration for the ride, as they didn’t want to get rid of it completely, but yes, some people have memories of heading to this exact ticket booth in the early days of the park.

The Weathervanes Tell A Story!
Over in Fantasyland, you’ll want to look UP and check out the weathervanes at the top of each ride.
As it turns out, each of these weathervanes is themed to the rides they sit on top of! The one on top of Peter Pan’s Flight has a pirate ship, the top of Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride is, indeed, Mr. Toad in the car, and there’s a whale on top of Pinocchio’s Daring Journey. So much detail!
