I go to Disney World for my job, and I’ve tried a LOT of water bottles throughout my hundreds of visits.
I’ve tried plastic and metal, screw-top and straw tumblers, insulated and even just Dasani purchased from a gift shop in the parks. But my coworkers finally convinced me to try a DFB fave, and now I’m influenced for life!
A while back, our team did a water bottle throwdown where we tested a bunch of different brands in the parks. One of the ones that came out on top? The Owala FreeSip. I didn’t understand the appeal of this bottle until I got one myself for Christmas, and you guys, I’m SOLD.

There are a couple of reasons I love this bottle, but the big point is — the spout! The “FreeSip” technology blends a straw tumbler with an open spout water bottle, so you can drink either way. Then, when you’re done rehydrating, the lid closes to keep those germs at bay. No exposed straws here!
They also have several character-themed lines, like this Owala Disney Princess FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle designed to match Rapunzel! These are the perfect designs for the Disney World parks.
This is the larger version!
We’ve also tested out the Owala FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle in a 40-oz size. This one is great for hydrating in large quantities, but works best if you have a large water bottle pocket on your backpack or just plan to carry it around all day (it’s a hefty one!).
We even took the white version of the bottle to the parks with colored Sharpies and had characters sign it. What a great souvenir from your trip this could be!
With the closing lid, the FreeSip design, the easy-carry loop on top, and the incredible insulation powers of these bottles, I don’t think you’ll find me carrying much else in the parks from now on. I’m officially an Owala fan!

Corkcicle drinkware is sold at Disney Springs and in the parks. A superior product which should also be getting a test drive.
