There’s a reason Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs is always busy.

Earl of Sandwich
If you’ve spent any amount of time at Disney Springs, you’ve probably noticed the steady line at Earl of Sandwich. Known for its warm bread, hearty portions, and reliable menu, this spot has become a go-to for Disney folks looking for something filling without the fuss. We stopped by to put their breakfast to the test, and here’s how it went.
Atmosphere
Stepping into Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs feels like entering a bustling, yet relaxed neighborhood favorite hangout; the kind of place where quick service meets inviting comfort without sacrificing flavor or quality. The vibe leans casual and energetic, with a steady flow of hungry visitors coming and going at all hours, making it perfect for grab-and-go meals as well as sit-down bites with friends and family.

Ordering line
The interior blends bright, contemporary design with warm wood accents and plenty of natural light, creating a friendly environment that’s both welcoming and unpretentious.

Dining area
Whether you’re fueling up before a long day in the parks, taking a break from shopping, or meeting up for a leisurely lunch, the atmosphere feels lively without being overwhelming, striking the right balance between efficient service and relaxed comfort. It’s the kind of place where the smell of freshly baked bread draws you in, the sound of clinking dishes and lively conversation keeps you feeling at ease, and the casual seating encourages you to linger just a little longer.

Decor around the restaurant
But enough about the restaurant — what’s on the menu here?!
Menu
The breakfast menu here offers a warm, satisfying start to your day with the same handcrafted quality the eatery is known for — just in morning-friendly form! While not as extensive as a full breakfast buffet, the options focus on hearty, flavor-packed sandwiches and breakfast favorites that feel both familiar and elevated. Think warm, freshly baked bread piled with eggs, savory meats, melty cheese, and complementary toppings that come together in sandwiches designed to fuel a long day of parks and adventure. Each item feels thoughtfully composed rather than rushed, giving you something substantial and tasty without the typical “fast food” feel.

In addition to classic breakfast sandwiches, Earl of Sandwich also offers items with a bit more flair for those mornings when you want something a little special. It’s easy to pair your sandwich with a hot cup of coffee, fresh fruit, or a side that rounds out the meal without overwhelming it.

Whether you’re craving something classic and comforting or a breakfast sandwich with a little extra oomph, the breakfast menu at Earl of Sandwich hits the mark for anyone seeking quality and convenience before a big Disney day.

Menu
And now, onto the main event — the food!
Eats
First up, we grabbed the Sausage, Egg & Cheddar for $8.99. This is made with Sausage, Eggs, Cheddar, and Breakfast Sauce.

Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar
This breakfast sandwich is one of those simple-but-so-satisfying breakfast sandwiches that just works. It’s hearty, warm, and exactly what you want when you’re heading into a long Disney day and need something filling without being too complicated. Every bite feels like classic breakfast comfort food in sandwich form.

Inside of the sandwich
The savory sausage is juicy and flavorful, the eggs are soft and fluffy, and the melted cheddar adds that perfect creamy, cheesy bite. What really ties it all together is Earl of Sandwich’s signature breakfast sauce — it adds a subtle, tangy, savory kick that gives the sandwich a little extra personality without overpowering the other flavors.
But that wasn’t enough to satisfy our breakfast craving, so we also grabbed the Bacon Breakfast Burrito for $8.99. This one contains scrambled eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes, red peppers, red onions, Roma tomatoes, cheddar cheese & sour cream.

Bacon Breakfast Burrito
This burrito is basically everything you love about a full breakfast, wrapped up into one warm, portable situation. It might be a little messy as you start biting into it, but it’s hearty, comforting, and perfect if you want something filling that you can actually eat on the go before heading into the parks. This is the kind of breakfast order that keeps you full and happy well past the last few bites.

Inside of the burrito
Inside the burrito, you get soft scrambled eggs, chewy yet crisp bacon, and golden roasted potatoes for that satisfying, savory base. The red peppers, red onions, and Roma tomatoes add a fresh pop of flavor and color, while the melted cheddar cheese and creamy sour cream bring everything together into a rich, balanced bite that somehow still feels fresh and not overly heavy.
We also grabbed the Breakfast BLT for $8.99. It’s made of bacon, lettuce, Roma tomato, and mayonnaise.

Breakfast BLT
If you love a good BLT, this one is a total comfort-order win. It’s not flashy, but it’s one of those sandwiches that just hits when you’re in the mood for something classic and easy to eat. It’s especially great if you’re not super hungry yet but still want something warm, savory, and satisfying before heading into a park day.

YUMMMM
The bacon is perfectly crisp with that smoky, salty bite, and the lettuce and Roma tomatoes bring a fresh, juicy crunch that keeps the sandwich feeling light. The mayo adds a creamy richness that melts into the warm bread and balances everything out, making each bite smooth, savory, and ridiculously easy to keep eating.
And to really top off our meal, we needed something sweet, so we grabbed this looker — the Ube Yum Yum Coconut Cookie for $5.79.

Ube Yum Yum Coconut Cookie
This cookie is a vibrant take on the classic sweet treat, and honestly, it might be one of the most fun desserts on Earl of Sandwich’s menu! From the moment you pick it up, you can tell this isn’t your ordinary cookie; it’s chocked full of bright purple hues that hint at the tropical flavors inside, and its soft, chewy texture makes it feel a little extra special for an on-the-go indulgence.

So sweet and delicious!
The flavor is just as playful as the look! The subtle, earthy sweetness of ube pairs beautifully with the rich, toasty notes of coconut. It’s not overly sugary, and the coconut adds a gentle tropical crunch that gives the cookie a nice balance of texture and flavor. It’s the kind of dessert that leaves you more intrigued after every bite, making it a perfect sweet finish to a sandwich-centric meal or an easy snack while exploring Disney Springs.
Nosh or Not
This Disney World restaurant is a must-visit if…
- It’s fast, reliable, and perfect for early Disney mornings. Your food comes out quickly, it’s easy to eat on the go, and you’re not stuck waiting around for a reservation.
- The food is comforting without being heavy. Earl of Sandwich nails that sweet spot between “hearty enough to keep you full” and “not so heavy that you regret your life choices by 10 AM.”
- It’s budget-friendly. It’s affordable, portions are generous, and you don’t feel like you’re paying a premium just because you’re on Disney property. For families, solo travelers, and anyone trying to save their snack budget for later in the day, this is a major win.
You should skip this Disney World spot if…
- It can get really busy. Earl of Sandwich is no secret anymore, which means it can get packed during peak breakfast hours, especially on weekends and mornings creeping into the brunching hours.
- It’s not the place for a relaxed, sit-down breakfast vibe. There’s limited seating during busy times, and it can feel a little chaotic when everyone’s trying to fuel up at once which isn’t exactly the calm start some people want for their park day.
- The Menu Is Comfort-Focused. If you’re looking for super light, ultra-healthy, or super adventurous breakfast options, you might find the choices a little limited.
Overall
Breakfast at Earl of Sandwich is one of those underrated Disney food experiences that just makes sense. It’s fast, more reasonably priced, and surprisingly satisfying, especially if you’re trying to fuel up before a long park day without committing to a full sit-down meal. Everything feels comforting and familiar, but with just enough personality to keep it from feeling boring. It’s the kind of place you pop into “just for something quick” and end up thinking, okay, wait…this is actually really good.
