FIRST LOOK at Character Meet and Greet at Disney's NEW 'World of Frozen' Land

“The window is open, so is that door!”

That was my best Anna impression, because for the first time in forever, Disney just shared behind-the-scenes footage of what’s coming to the Kingdom of Arendelle at Disneyland Paris!

Can you believe we’re just two months away from seeing the World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris?! On March 29th, 2026, World of Frozen, along with Disneyland Paris’ NEW Disney Adventure World (the new name for Walt Disney Studios Park).

This is going to be a truly immersive experience in the iconic kingdom from Frozen, the Kingdom of Arendelle. The World of Frozen is going to offer the Frozen Ever After attraction, dining experiences, shopping, and the chance to meet Anna and Elsa in their castle!

Disneyland Paris shared a look inside Arendelle Castle, where guests will have the chance to meet Anna and Elsa as part of an experience called “Rencontre Royale”.

Fans of the iconic Disney film will recognize the many pieces that look like they’re pulled straight from the movie. Fans will recognize several of the paintings that Anna dances in front of, like a version of Jean-Honoré Fragonard’s famous painting “The Swing.” Do you recognize it?

The waiting area will also include two family portraits. One has Anna and Elsa as children with their parents, and the other has Anna and Elsa with Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf. The Senior Manager of Show Design at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, Emma Yeates, said, “It allows visitors to truly feel transported to Arendelle Castle! From the wallpaper to the paintings, we’ve reproduced iconic pieces from Frozen, as well as portraits of members of the royal family to reinforce this sense of authenticity.”

Once you get into the room where you’ll meet the royalty of Arendelle, you’ll notice many pieces that look like they’re pulled from the movie. Look at the painting of the king — notice how he’s holding the two pieces Elsa holds on her coronation day?! Apparently, the clock that Anna has her feet up on during “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” is in this room as well.
