Five-Spice Popcorn Chicken at Bamboo Blessings

We were super impressed with the new Five-Spice Popcorn Chicken with sweet chile-garlic sauce. It’ll cost you $9.50, and not only was the chicken perfectly moist and very well seasoned, but the sauce was incredible.

The sauce does have a kick to it, but the sweetness evens it out very well. We don’t think it’ll be too much for most people, unless you know that you’re spice-adverse as a whole. We’d absolutely get it again!

Guava Dragon Fruit Sparkler at Bamboo Blessings

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink, the Guava Dragon Fruit Sparkler for $8.50 is a major recommendation from us. This is a non-alcoholic drink with Simply Lemonade, Topo Chico, and guava and dragon fruit syrups garnished with frozen dragon fruit

The dragonfruit cubes were absolutely stunning in this drink and helped with that truly refreshing flavor, but we recommend you stir it up to ensure you get all the flavors. Even if it’s a rainy and colder day, we recommend!

Japchae Noodles at Longevity Noodle Co.

We absolutely loved the Japchae Noodles with Kalbi short rib for $9.50!

The Kalbi short rib has a sweet and savory flavor we loved, and the beef was cooked perfectly. The noodles were also cooked perfectly, despite their slightly gelatinous look, and we were big fans of the flavor the mushrooms and veggies added. If you’re looking for something savory, this is a great choice.

Unsung Brewing Company Photo Nuclear Orange at Prosperity Bao & Buns

Out of the new beers at this booth, the Unsung Brewing Company Photo Nuclear Orange for $18.50 was easily our favorite.

This tasted like a creamy orange dreamsicle (you know, the ice cream that so many of us loved as kids?), and having that in a beer form? We loved it!

Cold Brew Cocktail at Wrapped With Love

For the coffee fans, you won’t want to miss the Cold Brew Cocktail for $19.50, which is made with bourbon, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. Vietnamese-style Coffee, cocoa powder, and condensed milk, garnished with taro chocolate sweet cream and a chocolate wafer stick. A non-alcoholic version is also available for $7.75.

The main flavor here is the coffee, but the Taro cream added an earthy, sweet flavor we really enjoyed. The bourbon wasn’t overly strong either, which we appreciated, but be sure to stir the drink up before taking a sip since it does sink to the bottom.
