The Funnel Cake stand in EPCOT’s American Adventure Pavilion is home to a unique funnel cake for every EPCOT Festival! Come along with us as we check out this year’s artistic entry.
We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to the Funnel Cake booth to see what’s cooking.
Menu
This year’s Festival of the Arts funnel cake is Wild Berry Funnel Cake, which is a funnel cake sandwich with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar topped with brown sugar brandy-wild berry compote, whipped cream, and dark chocolate sauce.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
A funnel cake sandwich with vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar topped with brown sugar brandy-wild berry compote, whipped cream, and dark chocolate sauce? OK, let’s do this. You can grab this funnel cake for $12.50.
We thought the ingredient ratio was great, and the flavor balance worked well. The berry compote was very fresh tasting — no artificial berry flavors here! We thought the amount of vanilla ice cream on top was great, and it was creamy with plenty of vanilla flavor. We also loved that the whipped cream tasted super fresh and melded with all the other flavors. The dark chocolate sauce added just a bit of extra sweetness and depth to the funnel cake.
The balance of funnel cake, berry compote, ice cream, chocolate, and whipped cream was wonderful. This dessert is definitely shareable, and we liked that it was a bit lighter than other desserts. The berry compote and ice cream also made it taste very refreshing. Not something we necessarily thought we would say about funnel cake, but here we are. We would definitely grab this funnel cake again!
OVERALL
This funnel cake earned a spot among our favorites of the festival. We thought all the flavors balanced well, and we especially appreciated how fresh the berry compote tasted. This could be a great option for picky eaters or for someone looking for a fruity, delicious dessert.
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
