If you’re looking for a quick stop during your tours of the Festival of the Arts Food Studios, we suggest stopping at Refreshment Outpost.
We’re live at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. We’re making a quick stop at Refreshment Outpost to see what’s on the menu.
Menu
This year, Refreshment Outpost is serving up more drinks than food, but you still might find something you like.
First up is the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie, which has been a Festival staple for years.
On the drink side, you’ll find several beer options, and the Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo, which was found last year at the Refreshment Port (a location that is closed right now).

Refreshment Outpost Menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
The only food item (again) this year at Refreshment Port is the ubiquitous Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. This cookie is cute, and that’s about it. Will the kiddos enjoy it? Probably. You can get it for $5.79.

Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie
When they say jumbo, they mean — this thing is ginormous. It’s about as big as your hand when your fingers are spread out (at least it was for us). At the end of the day, this isn’t anything super unique, just a chewy chocolate chip cookie. That being said, it is very delicious!

If you want to color the cookie with the “paint” (icing), you really have to dig into it. All in all, it’s a tasty basic sweet treat — a best of the fest pick despite its simplicity!
Drinks
If you were a fan of the Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo at Refreshment Port last year, you’ll be happy to know that it’s on the menu at Refreshment Outpost this year! You can get it for $12.50.

Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo
This drink is made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with blood orange, cranberry, and lime. Last year, we noted that it was a favorite drink at the Festival. We’re happy to say it’s up there with our favorite drinks of the festival once again. This thing is fantastic!

Boyd & Blair Blood Orange Cosmo
The drink is like a Sprite with no sweetness to it. It has a tangy blood orange flavor to it, dominating all other flavors in this. It’s like a ginger beer cider type of thing more than an like a liquor type drink.
Returning to the Outpost this year is the Parish Brewing Co. Blueberry Mochi Berliner Weisse for $12.50.
In the past, we have called it the ‘sweetest beer we’ve ever had.’
Also returning this year is Brewlando Liquid Art Pilsner. This is priced at $12.50.
The new drink for 2026 is Wicked Weed Brewing Abstract Blonde Ale, which you can purchase for $12.50.
OVERALL
Overall, it’s worth stopping by here for the cookie and the Boyd & Blair. Yes, the cookie is simple, but it’s actually very good. It’s also a great option for kids, which is hard to come by at these festivals. The booth doesn’t have tons to offer, but with what it has, we say you should check this place out!

Here’s what we got!
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
