We’re winding ’round EPCOT’s World Showcase and we’re stopping in Germany (Prost!) to visit the Pastoral Palate Food Studio at the 2026 EPCOT Festival of the Arts!

2026 Pastoral Palate Food Studio
Pastoral Palate is one of the 18 Food Studios (also known as Food Booths) at the Festival, and it is once again home to the Rosé Flight (!!!) among other favorite dishes and drinks. Join us here as we continue to bring you our full reviews of every single Food Studio at the Festival of the Arts!
Menu
There isn’t much in the way of new items at Pastoral Palate this year, but when you’re boasting returning dishes like Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib and Black Forest Cake, who can complain?

Pastoral Palate Menu!
3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider and 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale are back again, as is the Frozen Rosé. The popular A Play on Rosé Flight presents all three. New to Pastoral Palate is Hex Vom Dasenstein Pinot Noir.
Wilkommen! Let’s eat!
Eats
The Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib is the headliner here for $8.79. It’s plated with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and balsamic glaze.

Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib
This truly has that red wine production, exactly what you should have as almost a glaze to it. It was SO good! The way the rib is cooked, it cuts like butter. The meat is so tender that it’s just that easy to cut through. The parsnip purée is really sweet — you might think it’s mashed potatoes, but it’s not.

The rib *Chef’s Kiss*
The broccoli was tasty, and the tomatoes were very fresh with a burst in your mouth. The balsamic glaze was good and gave the dish a little bit of a twang. It’s just perfect for balancing out the entire dish.

This was delicious!
For dessert? The Black Forest Cake is $4.99. The emphasis, however, is on chocolate mousse over cake, and it’s accompanied by morello cherries and topped with chantilly cream. It’s hard to imagine that this wouldn’t be one of our favorite things at the festival just from reading about it.

Black Forest Cake
We were a little worried this dessert would melt, but it held up very nicely. The chocolate mousse is addictive; we went through it so fast. The cream on top reminds us of whipped cream when we got into it. The cherries are cooked through the mousse, and remind us of a black cherry — sweet and tart. We’re telling you, this is a must-grab, this dessert is DELICIOUS!

Oh…my… goodness!
Drinks
Ready to raise a glass — or three — of Rosé? You can do so with the returning Rosé Flight: it’s A Play on Rosé! You see, the “rosés” involved are not rosé wines, as you might expect. The trio, which costs $13.50, consists of 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider, 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale, and Frozen Rosé.

A Play on Rosé Flight
This flight was fantastic, and everything plays up to that rosé flavor — it’s very on the nose. The Hard Cider is exactly what you think of when you want a bubbly, fizzy cider with a rosé flavor.

3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider
The rosé flavor was a little more muted with the Blonde Ale, but it has a beautiful amber color to it.

81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale
Lastly, you have the classic Frozen Rosé — frozen, delicious, frothy, pink. It was just a fantastic drink!

Frozen Rosé
If you’d rather just try one, both the 3 Daughters Brewing Rosé Hard Cider and 81Bay Brewing Co. Rosé Blonde Ale are individually available in a 6-ounce pour for $6.00 or a 12-ounce pour for $9.75. A full Frozen Rosé is $7.25.
Finally, wine drinkers can partake in the new-to-the-Festival Hex Vom Dasenstein Pinot Noir for $7.00.
OVERALL
Do NOT skip this booth when you’re at the festival! We’re willing to go as far as to say that this is one of our favorite booths at the festival (it’s definitely up there). We’ll be back here!
