5 Disney Souvenirs That Are 100% Nightmare Fuel

We may be suckers for the adorable bags, spirit jerseys, t-shirts, plushes, and more, but there are some souvenirs that we’ve seen Disney release that have us scratching our heads, even if it’s been YEARS since it was released. Sometimes, we enjoy taking a trip down memory lane and taking a look at some of this super spooky merchandise, so if you’re up for a good laugh, this is 100% the post for you right now.

Evil Queen Earrings (With A Face In Them?!)

Listen, we know the Evil Queen talks to her magic mirror, but when Disney released these Evil Queen Earrings in 2021, we were terrified to realize it looked like there was a face INSIDE the gems! In fact, these were so terrifying that you can no longer find them listed on the Disney Store website, which doesn’t surprise us — we don’t think they sold very well.

Little Green Alien Gone Wrong

WHAT IS THIS THING?

We spotted this Green Alien Popcorn Keychain in the parks years ago, but it still haunts us. WHY does the popcorn in his mouth look like that?! It looks like he’s foaming at the mouth, in a weird way, so it just gives us the heebie-jeebies every time we look at it. We haven’t seen it in the parks in years (again, no surprise there), but we wouldn’t be totally shocked if we see him return someday.

Vacant Eyes…No, Thank You

Back in 2023, Disney released this truly terrifying Wicket…Plush? It was 3 feet tall, and looked like it was staring into your soul every waking moment (and it never sleeps, so that was all the time). We spotted it both in the parks AND online for a whopping $350+, and we were just baffled. Its dead eyes haunt us, and we kinda never want to see it again (but we had to put it in this post, so now we’re all in the same boat).

You Can Spit On Your Friends (Yes, You Heard Us Right)

Yeah, you definitely need this hat.

Back in 2021, we spotted none other than a Spitting Llama Hat in Animal Kingdom. We’re not kidding, this hat literally lets you spit on your friends via a container of water you can squeeze. The best part, though? While we haven’t seen it in the parks recently, you can STILL order it on Amazon!

What in The World is A Toothpick Plush?

Prior to today, we thought that any version of Pluto was cute. Well, we’ve now been proven wrong, because the GUND Disney Official Pluto Toothpick Plush? What is HAPPENING here?! Everything just feels slightly off. The body, the face, the ear length — everything needed adjustment, and no one decided to do them, so this is what we ended up with.
