November and December in Disney World are filled with all different kinds of holiday events, special snacks, and so much more. Sometimes, it can feel hard to keep up!
If you’re a big fan of special pairing events, or just cocktails in general, there’s a new event at The Edison in Disney Springs that you CANNOT miss out on. There are limited spaces, so trust us when we say you’ll want to grab your ticket sooner rather than later!
On Thursday, December 11th, The Edison is hosting a Spiced Spirits Mixology Series, which will feature an intimate three-course dining experience inspired by the holiday season and the artistry of Woodford Reserve.
There are two seatings available for this event — one at 5:30 PM and the other at 8 PM. Tickets are very limited for this event and are $85+ a person. The dishes will all feature the flavors of late fall, like squash, sage, pumpkin spices, and more. The menu for this event is:
- Kentucky 75 — Woodford Wheat, honey, lemon, sparkling wine, strawberry foam
Paired with: Butternut Squash Crostini - Cranberry Old-Fashioned — cranberry-infused Woodford Double Oaked, holiday spices, bitters
Paired with: Smoked Pork Cheeks - Pumpkin Coquito — Woodford Malt, pumpkin, coconut, condensed milk, holiday spices
Paired with: Pumpkin Cheesecake - Optional Add-On: 1 oz. Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select for +$20 per person.
Again, spaces for this event are extremely limited, so we recommend booking your spot ASAP at the link below!
